Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the sale price of cancelled goods where it is no longer possible for Everbloom Flowers to change the orders with our suppliers. If Everbloom Flowers can cancel product from our suppliers, Everbloom Flowers will waive this fee at management discretion.

Cancellations on the day of order

Cancellations on the day of collection will be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of management. Everbloom Flowers will not charge a cancellation fee for items that may have been substituted on your behalf.

Specialty/Import Items

If any specialty/imported items such as particular tinted roses, phalaenopsis or imports must be cancelled a minimum 14 days prior to collection. Late cancellations for these items will be subject to a cancellation fee.
